十条多喝水的理由

水作为一种保证你健康的要素,一大缺点就是太便宜了,以至于得不到足够的重视。
The Ririan Project列举了十条多喝水的理由:

  1. 保持皮肤健康。对于皮肤健康来说,喝水比买护肤品更便宜也更重要。
  2. 排除毒物。水可以帮助身体排除有害物质,对排泄系统至关重要。
  3. 减轻心脏病的威胁。
  4. 保护和润滑你的关节和肌肉。
  5. 保持精力充沛。
  6. 防止便秘。(所有宣称治疗便秘的茶包唯一的治疗成分就是冲它们的水)
  7. 减少得病以及被传染的几率。
  8. 保持正常体温。
  9. 燃烧更多脂肪,长更多肌肉。
  10. 生病时有助于恢复身体健康。
